Return and refund policy

All products sold by The Health Exams are digital products delivered electronically (study guides, practice questions, eBooks, and portal subscriptions). Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at support@thehealthexams.com and we will resolve it promptly.

For portal subscriptions, if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not substantially used the platform, you may request a full refund by emailing support@thehealthexams.com.

App Store subscriptions are managed and refunded by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for App Store purchases.
