Digital Products (PDFs, eBooks, Study Guides) All digital product sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on downloaded materials. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at support@thehealthexams.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Portal Subscriptions (thehealthexamsportal.com) You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@thehealthexams.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscribed features until your paid period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not substantially used the platform, you may request a full refund by emailing support@thehealthexams.com.

App Store Subscriptions (Apple) Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, tap Subscriptions, and select The Health Exams to cancel. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
